In February, our own Joanna Kuflik had the chance to experience the beautiful Resort at Paws Up. See below a quick recap of this great domestic option for both families and couples alike.

Summary: Paws Up is a luxury mountain resort set on 37,000 acres of Montana wilderness. This ranch style property offers both privates homes (year round), safari-style glamping tents (summer only), along with an endless array of outdoor activities. Perfect for families, multigenerational trips, or active couples looking for a remote getaway.
Activities Galore: Never a shortage of activities, with year round options like horseback riding, hiking, axe throwing, and clay shooting. Summer activities consist of whitewater rafting, go karting, ATV riding, kayaking, and fly fishing. In the winter, anything from dogsledding, tubing, snowmobiling, snow-shoeing, ice skating, skijoring… the list is endless! The spa is open year round, which has treatments using ingredients from the surrounding wilderness, as well as the year round kids club which organizes tours to the nearby Garnet Ghost Town on property, along with sifting for gold!
Food Review: So many delicious homestyle options, with more high end food and wine events scheduled sporadically throughout the year. Can’t miss the famous chili, delicious sausage and gravy biscuits, and huckleberry pancakes. In Montana, carbs don’t count 😉
New Development: Green O, an adults only spinoff opening in September, with only 12 standalone sleek accommodations with indoor/outdoor fireplaces -some homes are even built as luxe treehouses! Executive chef here specializes in open fire cooking, along with a more exclusive concierge.
